Shopping at alfaoutdoor.com

1. How do I create a user profile on alfaoutdoor.com?

During your first purchase, you can choose to store your information and create a password. This way you can easily retrieve the information the next time you make a purchase. Read a simple step-by-step purchasing guide here.

2. I forgot my password. Can you help me?

If you forget your password, it can easily be retrieved by pressing "Forgot password?" at checkout.

3. An item in my basket was sold out before I got to the checkout. How is this possible?

The items in your cart will be saved, but not reserved, for 7 days. For this reason you may find that a product is sold out before you reach checkout. To ensure an item, we recommend that you carry out the entire purchase process immediately when you have added the product(s) you want in the shopping cart.

4. Where do I enter my coupon code?

In your shopping cart (on the right hand side), press the "Add coupon"-button. Enter the code in the white box and press "Apply" to see the discount applied.

5. Which cards are accepted? Is my information safe?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Our payment solution, Stripe, is chosen precisely for security reasons. Read more about Stripe here.

6. When do you charge my card?

We only charge for products once they have been shipped. Until then, the amount is reserved on your account/card. This reservation is automatically deleted within 3-7 days if the order is canceled or if, for other reasons, it cannot be delivered.

7. How do I cancel or change an order?

All orders are processed quickly, and after 24 hours it will not be possible to make changes or cancellations. Until then, contact us by phone +47 61 33 69 00 or e-mail [email protected] and we will do our best to help you out.

8. How much does shipping cost?

All orders over €350 qualifies for free shipping. For orders below €350, the shipping charges depends on where in the world you are located. Please find your freight cost here.

9. How long is the transit time?

We process orders within 1-3 working days, assuming we have the items in stock. In addition, expect 2-12 days transit time depending on your location. Please find your country specific transit time here.

10. Where is my parcel?

All international parcels are shipped with a tracking number, stated on the invoice you recieve once the parcel is shipped from our warehouse. This number is traceable on www.tnt.com

11. How do I return an item?

12. What happens if I return one or more items?

In case of returning new items, the total amount for the item will be refunded to your card. Please note that you as a customer is responisble for both freight and return freight. Read more regardning returns here.

Shoes and accessories

1. Which shoe laces fits my boots?

Our impregnated shoe laces comes in 5 lenghts. Chosing length depends on the boots' size and shaft height.

Generally, laces up to 160cm will fit our low boots, in addition to mid-high boots in women's sizes. 180-200 cm fits hiking mid in men's sizes and hiking high/mountain. 220 cm is intended our hunting boots.

Please note that these are only general guidelines. If you're unsure which lace length to choose, we recommend measuring the laces already in your boots to ensure proper length.

2. Which shoe size should I choose?

3. Are all shoes equal in size?

No. All our boots are built on Alfa lasts, but different varieties. Read more about the lasts we use on hiking/hunting boots here and skiing boots here. On the product pages you find information regarding the last on every shoe model.
